Belaton House in Bournemouth is an eight‑storey, purpose-built student accommodation project providing 399 bedrooms, with one basement level, on the south-east side of the site. Developed by The Student Housing Company and constructed by McAleer & Rushe, the scheme began in late 2017 and was completed in mid‑2019, with a contract value of around £24 million. The building offers a mix of three‑ to eight‑bed apartments, two-person studios, and single studios, designed to meet a range of student living needs.

Communal facilities include a reception, common rooms, cycle storage, plant space, laundry and bin areas, gym, cinema room, and study spaces, creating a vibrant student environment. The façade combines zinc, render, brick and stone, giving the building a contemporary look that fits its urban setting.
