COLLEGE AVENUE: Sited on a vacant site in Belfast city centre, this is the largest single managed student accommodation in Belfast City and will house 740 bedrooms along with communal spaces and retail units at ground floor level.

McCLINTOCK STREET: This sixteen storey managed student accommodation will house 476 residential units with split level communal areas. The plan allows for two internal courtyard spaces to be created along with a strong defined presence onto the street with a canopy framing the entrance.

Both buildings are currently on site and due to be completed in summer 2018. They are being constructed by McAleer & Rushe and the end user will be Queens’ University Belfast.
