The Yotel Botanic Hotel will introduce a dynamic new presence to Shaftesbury Square in Belfast, an area earmarked for physical renewal and urban regeneration. The development will feature an active ground floor, creating a lively street-level environment that enhances the local area while supporting long-term regeneration goals.

Andras House Ltd is partnering with Yotel, the internationally recognised hotel brand with 21 hotels worldwide, including seven in the UK across London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Manchester. Belfast will become Yotel’s eighth UK hotel and 17th European property. The new hotel will combine Yotel’s modern design and innovative hospitality approach with the local context, delivering high-quality accommodation alongside public-facing spaces that contribute to the neighbourhood’s vibrancy. By activating the streetscape and providing contemporary hotel facilities, the Yotel Botanic Hotel will support both tourism and the local community, strengthening Belfast’s reputation as a thriving urban destination. This project represents a significant investment in the ongoing revitalisation of Shaftesbury Square.
